Shipping policy
Where we ship from
All Riverbend Friends apparel is printed to order in the UK by our fulfilment partner, Two Fifteen, from their factory in Blackpool, England. Products are printed only once you order them, which lets us avoid holding excess stock and keep quality high.
Production time
Please allow 1–5 working days for your item to be printed and quality-checked before it is dispatched. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), this may extend slightly – we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Delivery time (UK)
Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail:
- Standard delivery: 2–3 working days (free on orders over £50, otherwise £4.99)
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days (£6.99)
Total time from order to delivery is typically production time plus the delivery time above.
International delivery
We are working on enabling shipping to the EU and other international destinations. This isn't available yet at checkout – if you're outside the UK, please check back soon or contact us at orders@hgmpgroup.co.uk to ask about a specific destination.
Order tracking
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the printer.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at orders@hgmpgroup.co.uk and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
