Products

We sell children's apparel featuring Riverbend Friends characters (Cabo, Rio, and Pip), printed to order by our fulfilment partner in the UK. Colours may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display settings.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout (in GBP, inclusive of any applicable VAT). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order – for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud – and will notify you and refund you in full if this happens.

Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable, in line with UK consumer law.

All characters, artwork, names, and designs relating to Riverbend Friends (including Cabo, Rio, and Pip) are the intellectual property of HGMP Group Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies.
